Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton hosts 2011 ACM Awards. Country stars are prepping for the biggest event in country music as the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards is this weekend. The awards event is co-hosted by Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton.
Reba McEntire is also nominated for 2011 Academy of Country Music Awards Top Female Vocalist. “I thoroughly love it,” says Reba. “We’re not in Nashville, we’re not in Los Angeles, we’re not in any place where anybody can kinda go home after rehearsals and stuff. So, stepping out on the stage and seeing your friends that you got to go eat dinner with the night before, it’s just a very special evening.”
Reba will take to the stage as host for the 13th time, with friend Blake Shelton. The 46th Annual ACM Awards airs live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on April 3 at 8 p.m. ET/delayed PT on CBS.
