2013 Oscar Awards

The whole movie and entertainment industry honors the best in film and television of the year 2012 for the 85th Academy Awards, more known as the Oscar Awards. The awards ceremony is the culmination of the string of awards ceremonies this awards season which started last January.

This year's 2013 Oscar Awards will be held from the Dolby Theatre in the Hollywood district of Los Angeles, California this February 24, 2013. It will air and broadcast live by ABC.

For this year, we get to see actor Seth MacFarlane host the event for the first time.
Various personalities and A-list stars are expected to grace the awards event. Vying for the honors of winning Best Picture include Amour, Argo, Django Unchained, Life of Pi, Lincoln, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Zero Dark Thirty, Silver Linings Playbook and Les Miserables. This category would surely be hotly-contested. Argo just recently won the Critics Choice Awards for Best Picture and Best Director while Lincoln leads the nomination race with 12.

Gucci Premiere Fragrance Launch. Blake's burgundy embellished Gucci mini sleeveless dress with a plunging neckline (of course) fits her like a glove. She styled her look with matching burgundy strappy Gucci sandals and a Gucci Horsebit bracelet. A purposely messy ponytail and flawless makeup completed her look.

Blake Lively In Monique Lhuillier – Backstage At The Charlie Rose Show. The actress of moment styled her white sleeveless dress with a multi-coloured abstract print on both sides with a Christian Louboutin ‘Crazy Fur’ black ankle strap pumps.

Blake Lively In Michael Kors – Good Morning America. For someone who doesn’t have a stylist and who usually goes for the obvious, like a micro mini dress or a cleavage baring frock, this is an excellent choice for a morning TV show. This look is sexy, chic, modern and grown up.

Blake Lively In Zuhair Murad Couture – ‘Savages’ LA Premiere. As expected, Blake Lively stunned on the red carpet for the ‘Savages’ LA premiere held at Westwood Village on Monday evening. Dressed in a second-skin Zuhair Murad Spring 2012 Couture nude strapless gown with an intricate black beaded embroidered detail, the actress looked uber sexy channelling old Hollywood glamour. She let the gown do all the talking opting for a few pieces of gold jewels including fan earrings plus she applied a red hot lip colour which matched her nails.
